2. Services
GoSwedish provides online Swedish language lessons, individual or group lesson packages, and related educational services.
The exact content, duration, price and availability of each service are shown on the relevant lesson, product or booking page before purchase. Lessons are delivered online at the scheduled time agreed through the website, email or another communication channel used for booking.
After purchase or during the booking process, the student receives the information needed to attend the lesson, including scheduling details and online access details where applicable.
3. Prices and Currency
Prices on the website are displayed in EUR. The final amount payable is shown during checkout before you confirm the order.
If your payment card account is held in another currency, your card issuer may convert the transaction amount according to its own exchange rate and may apply additional fees. If the card transaction is processed in a currency different from the displayed EUR price, the conversion is performed by the relevant payment processor, bank or card issuer according to their applicable exchange rate and rules.
Any applicable taxes, charges or fees shown by GoSwedish are displayed before payment where relevant.
4. Payment Methods
Online card payments are processed through Raiffeisen Bank / RaiAccept. Supported card brands may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard, as displayed on the website or during checkout.
GoSwedish does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or sensitive card authentication data on its website or systems.
The card issuer may require additional authentication, including 3D Secure authentication, before approving the payment.
5. Purchase Process and Acceptance of Terms
Before completing payment, the customer is shown the selected service or package, price, billing details and available payment method.
By completing the order, the customer confirms that the order details are correct and accepts these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
After successful payment, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation and booking records serve as evidence of the purchased service. For online lessons, fulfilment may also be evidenced by booking records, server logs, email communication or lesson attendance records.
6. Booking, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time may be treated as late cancellation and the lesson may be considered used, unless otherwise agreed directly with GoSwedish.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be sent to [email protected] or through the usual communication channel used for booking.
7. Refund Policy
If a student is unable or does not wish to continue with lessons, the student may submit a request to terminate the agreement with the agency. In that case, GoSwedish will calculate and issue a refund based on the price of the unused individual or group lessons, depending on the type of lesson package purchased.
If the teacher is unable to continue providing lessons for any reason, GoSwedish will refund the unused lessons at the full price of the individual or group lessons, depending on the type of lesson package purchased.
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. Refunds are processed using an appropriate payment return method, where possible through the original payment channel.
8. Complaints and Support

GoSwedish will review each complaint and respond within a reasonable time, using the contact details provided by the customer. The response may include clarification, correction of booking details, rescheduling, refund calculation or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
9. Service Availability
Lesson availability depends on the teacher’s schedule and the selected lesson type. If a selected time or service becomes unavailable after purchase, GoSwedish will contact the customer to arrange a suitable alternative time or, where appropriate, a refund for the unused service.

You may use this website to learn about GoSwedish services, browse lesson information, book or purchase lessons, access publicly available content and contact us with inquiries.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, transmit malicious code, interfere with website functionality, scrape or harvest data using automated tools, impersonate another person or entity, or send spam or unsolicited communications.
