2. Card Payments
Online card payments on GoSwedish are processed through Raiffeisen Bank / RaiAccept.
Accepted card brands may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard, as displayed on the website or during checkout.
The card issuer may require additional authentication, including 3D Secure authentication, before approving the payment.
3. Card Data Security
GoSwedish does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or sensitive card authentication data on its website or systems.
During payment, the payment page or payment frame may be provided by Raiffeisen Bank / RaiAccept and the relevant card schemes. Payment and transaction data is processed by the payment processor for the purpose of authorising, completing and confirming the payment.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices on the website are displayed in EUR. The final amount payable is shown during checkout before you confirm the order.
If your payment card account is held in another currency, your card issuer may convert the transaction amount according to its own exchange rate and may apply additional fees. If the card transaction is processed in a currency different from the displayed EUR price, the conversion is performed by the relevant payment processor, bank or card issuer according to their applicable exchange rate and rules.
5. Order Confirmation
After successful payment, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation and booking records serve as evidence of the purchased service.
For online lessons, fulfilment may also be evidenced by booking records, server logs, email communication or lesson attendance records.
6. Refunds and Payment Questions
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy in our Terms of Service. If a student is unable or does not wish to continue with lessons, the student may submit a request to terminate the agreement with the agency, and GoSwedish will calculate the refund based on the unused individual or group lessons, depending on the package purchased.
If the teacher is unable to continue providing lessons for any reason, GoSwedish will refund the unused lessons at the full price of the individual or group lessons, depending on the package purchased.
